We do not provide free samples for regular models. You can pay for the sample unit, and the sample fee can be deducted from the payment of your subsequent formal bulk order.

What is the lead time for regular orders? What shipping methods do you support?

The lead time for standard models is 15-30 days, and 30-45 days for custom models. We provide multiple logistics solutions including sea freight, air freight and land transport, and can also arrange door-to-door delivery as requested.

Is transportation insurance included in your quotation? Can you provide all full sets of customs clearance documents for export?

Regular quotations do not include insurance by default, and we can purchase transportation insurance for you on demand. We can provide complete customs clearance documents including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and technical parameter sheet to ensure smooth customs clearance.

How to deal with equipment failures after export? Do you provide overseas technical support?

All products follow the Three Guarantees policy. Free replacement of spare parts is available for non-human damage within the warranty period. We provide remote video commissioning guidance, and can also coordinate local partner service providers for on-site support.

Is it convenient to purchase spare parts for follow-up maintenance? What is the delivery lead time?
